You can upgrade to a more complete option during any stage of the process.
* The first virtual contact consists of the first communication, with no time restrictions, via Skype or similar software.
* The procedures manual includes all the documentation that describes the steps to be followed during the entire process regarding contents, human and physical resources, and functions and roles of the people involved.
* The weekly online support “on demand” is the implementation of a fluent weekly communication system (English/Spanish).
* The customized graphic design includes all the logos, stickers, brochures, banners, nametags, t-shirts and posters.
* Students Kilobyte and Megabyte include the follow-up for up to 150 students; in both cases the option to integrate more students to the process will be evaluated. Gigabyte includes up to 250 students. Students with special needs are taken into account.
Training #1:
Before the implementation, a three-day visit will take place to the school. There, we will define a timeline and the procedure to work with all those involved in the project (students, teachers, families and the entire educational community with a responsible person chosen by the school). Work will be done in a collaborative way following the procedures manual, reviewing goals and expected results, possible strategies when faced with adverse events and supervising physical resources and the software.
* The cost doesn’t include travel expenses (transportation, accommodation and food).
**Website: each school will have a customized website associated to the event. External communication includes a) templates with text, images and newsletter to send regularly via email announcing the event and the news related to it and b) Facebook page, Twitter account, etc.
Training #2
Includes the training during three complete days where the work done by students will be supervised, the follow-up with all the responsible participants will be carried out and teachers will be trained in the use software suitable for each level (edition of videos and images, special effects, production of art, music, games, graphic design, mathematical modelling, animation, etc.). Roles, expectations and performances will be assessed.
* The cost doesn’t include travel expenses (transportation, accommodation and food).
Organization and presence at the closing “SPAK” event. The aim of our participation at the closing event is to provide you with the
experience we have in this model, overseeing the practical and technical aspects, the coordination and integration of the productions, timing and physical aspects.
After the observation period, we will offer counseling based on the performance during the event, facilitating communication, anticipating possible clashes and implementing corrective actions.
In that way, we will integrate with your team, working together in all the details related to network installation, settings, sound, server data backup, etc.).
